I have been running an online school for a year because of the Covid-19 pandemic. During distant learning, I took online lessons and exams. Besides that, in my spare time I sometimes teach my younger brother to learn to read and write.

Before the lesson started, I prepared all the stationery such as books and the place to be used. This learning starts from reading then continues with writing. Such teaching and learning activities usually last approximately 40 minutes in the afternoon and are carried out 1 week 5 times.

While teaching, I sometimes felt happy and irritated. I feel happy when my younger brother doesn't act much when it starts and is obedient when study time starts. However, by the time my younger brother started to joke around a lot and didn't pay attention to his study book, I would feel very annoyed. But I hold back angry because remembering he was little.

So, teaching and learning activities with my younger brother can entertain and help to fill spare time so that they remain productive even though there are many activities that must be done at home.
